Long Life Foam Filled Medium Density Polyethylene Pre Insulated Floater
The shell of the dredger is made of PE material with good flexibility, the inside is filled with high-density polyurethane foam. With reasonable structure and buoys, they are the ideal replacement for steel floats of floating unloading pipes.
1. Good flexibility and excellent impact resistance, especially suitable for offshore installation;
2. Light weight, easy to install and handle, lower transportation cost;
3 .Corrosion resistant with longer life, can be 3 times longer than steel floats.
4. Cost and efficiency are more economical than steel floats.
5. Normally 1 pair of 2-piece floats is 1 pair, 2-pair floats are 1 group, 1 group float can float 6 meters long and 1 steel pipe.Rubber hose 5 meters long.
Characteristics of polyethylene foam float:
