Hose & Cable Floats are specially designed to be used primarily for Single Point Mooring, Mining and Cable floatation applications. These floats feature open rounded edges that enable the hoses and cables to move flexibly to adjust according to the changing currents and the wind.
Moreover, to ensure a tight fitment, the floats come with rubber pads. As a standard, the floats are PU filled.
The construction of Hose & Cable Floats involves two halves of high-impact polyethylene floats. Pressure Rating is indicated by the PN number, with PN16 suitable for 16 kg/cm². The Standard Dimension Ratio (SDR) indicates the pipe's OD to its thickness.
As standard parts, nuts, bolts, and tensioning straps are included as accessories with our floats. Customers can also purchase the Tensioning Machine separately for added convenience.
